Muslim, Jewish, and Christian teens were brought together this month by an interfaith basketball tournament. The students—from Crossroads Church, The Islamic Center of Cincinnati, and the Jewish Community Relations Council—started off the tournament playing with students of the same faith and them competed with teams of different faiths. At Cordoba House, we applaud creative and fun ways to bring young people together for interfaith engagements, such as sporting events! As one student participant noted, “We bond over the basketball, and it’s just a great day overall.”
