The harrowing story of one immigrant brought together members of Atlanta’s interfaith community for an evening of discussion at Atlanta’s Temple Beth Tikvah. Here, the crowd listened to the story of Mohammed Al Samawi, a peace activist, refugee, and author whose book, The Fox Hunt: A Refugee’s Memoir of Coming to America, was featured at the Atlanta Jewish Book Festival in November. The book is billed as the story of “four strangers, three faiths and one extraordinary escape to freedom.”
