Over two hundred interfaith students and faculty at the University of Michigan came together to form a "circle of protection" around praying Muslim after hearing that one Muslim student had been threatened for her faith. Casey Pearlman and Yasmin Idris are best friends and classmates from Laguna Niguel, California. Casey is Jewish and Yasmin is Muslim.
