Students Collect Love Letters for the Muslim Community
After several mosques in California received threatening letters, a group of college students began working to counter this message of hate and intolerance through love letters. In just a few weeks, the students, a group whose members hail from diverse religious backgrounds, have collected nearly 200 letters of solidarity and support for the Muslim-American community from across California, as well as from New York, Mexico, Canada, Morocco, and South Korea.
